Guwahati :\u00a0<\/strong> Fit India Movement, a nationwide movement that was launched by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi recently,the Bongaigaon district administration in Assam has launched a new initiative called \u201cWALK to WORK on WEDNESDAYS”.<\/p>\n

As per the circular issued by the District Administration, all Officers \/Officials \/ Staffs of all Government Offices\/ Departments will walk at least two kms to and fro to their respective offices on every Wednesday starting from first Wednesday of the month of November.<\/p>\n

Bongaigaon, district Deputy Commissioner Adil Khan launching thie initiative said, “WALK to WORK on WEDNESDAYS is a multi-dimensional approach to ensure a healthy workforce, to adapt towards clean and green way of commutation to workplace and to inspire others towards a healthy lifestyle\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
